Insurance Sales Producer

Our insurance services client is excited about our new opportunities, and we need 4 Account Executives who can start immediately at our Irvine office. Successful candidates will see opportunities to advance through the organization from entry level to management.

As a fast-paced company in the Insurance industry, we continue to set the standard for excellence in client acquisition and customer retention. Top performers at our firm have the potential to make well over $1,000,000 a year. There is no income limit at The Our Insurance Services Client

Due to the nature of our system and people, clients are rarely lost. Sales Executives get a large portion of commission for new business and renewals. Below is an example of what you could expect your annual income to be:

Producer Expected Minimum Income:

  • Year 2: $70,000
  • Year 3: $105,000
  • Year 4: $140,000
  • Year 5: $175,000
  • Year 10: $350,000

Producer Target Earnings:

  • Year 2: $140,000
  • Year 3: $210,000
  • Year 4: $280,000
  • Year 5: $350,000
  • Year 10: $700,000

We are selecting individuals with a willingness to learn and be coached. Candidates in this role will be expected to make a large amount of targeted “cold calls” – 150 per day is the minimum.

Insurance Producer Job Description:

  • B2B Lead generation and sales prospecting
  • Creating and nurturing business relationships
  • Provide Insurance and Risk Management solutions to large and medium sized businesses
  • Work closely with a dedicated mentor and account managers to effectively structure the insurance policy of business owners
  • Perform targeted outbound calls to business owners and C level executives
  • Organize and prioritize prospective clients through Salesforce CRM
  • Oversee and delegate daily management of client base

Insurance Producer Qualifications:

  • No Sales experience required. Seeking candidates with less than five years sales experience.
  • Compelling and articulate verbal and written communication skills that project confidence and enthusiasm
  • High energy, goal oriented, self-starters who pride themselves on performance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Sales Producer Compensation:

  • Compensation is negotiable based on experience
  • Base Salary with forgivable draw
  • Commission based on generated income
  • Mentorship does not equate to a split commission – you keep your full percentage
